Role Overview

This role involves managing and engaging with KoinX's digital community across multiple social platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and foster discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the brand voice across social platforms, engaging daily with followers and community members.
• Post strategic comments on trending, relevant content to stimulate conversations and boost reach.
• Manage influencer outreach campaigns (KOL campaigns) involving automation tools, database management, and monitoring engagement outcomes.
• Compile and analyze weekly social media metrics including growth, interactions, and campaign effectiveness.

Performance Metrics

• Drive meaningful engagement through comments and replies on crypto, finance, and Web3 discussions on X.
• Maintain active participation in Reddit communities by posting valuable comments and identifying new organic engagement opportunities.
• Interact daily within the KoinX Telegram community by responding to questions and initiating conversations.
• Contribute regularly to relevant LinkedIn discussions, maintaining a presence under key company-related posts.
• Manage weekly KOL campaigns by updating outreach status, performance indicators, and scheduling content delivery.
• Prepare weekly engagement reports detailing platform-specific metrics, best interactions, and community insights.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of cryptocurrency trends, meme culture, and online social behaviors.
• Active user and proficient in community engagement on X, Reddit, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written communication skills with a personable, conversational tone.
• Detail-oriented and responsible for being the initial responder on behalf of the brand.

Recruitment Process
