Role Overview
The Commis I is a vital member of the culinary team, committed to delivering superior quality dishes and service. Responsibilities include assisting with ingredient and sauce preparation according to recipes ensuring consistent Four Seasons standards, conducting inventory audits to maintain quality and proper storage, prepping workstations for service, and aiding in sustainable practices such as minimizing food waste.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a diploma or degree in culinary arts or hotel management.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Certification in food safety and personal hygiene standards.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to upholding Four Seasons' excellence.
- Strong personal grooming and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
