Job Responsibilities

  • Support food preparation and service by preparing mise-en-place required for various outlets.
  • Follow strict food preparation and presentation standards to ensure consistently high-quality dishes, suggesting enhancements to Minor Hotels' presentation protocols when appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace to uphold hygienic conditions.
  • Ensure food safety by complying with proper handling procedures, including correct storage, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
  • Take responsibility for the care of hotel property and facilities.
