Overview

Hindustan Tools & Components is looking for a dependable and skilled Commercial Driver to transport passengers or goods securely and promptly. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving capabilities, a strong safety mindset, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of passengers or cargo.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to confirm operational condition and promptly report any issues.
• Plan travel routes while optimizing for traffic and road conditions.
• Adhere strictly to schedules and timelines for deliveries or pickups.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during passenger transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle at all times.
• Keep accurate records including trip logs, delivery documents, and logbooks.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and verify signatures on delivery or invoice documentation from customers or vendors to ensure proper records.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license recognized for commercial driving.
• Demonstrated experience driving professionally in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of driving skills and adherence to traffic regulations.
• Effective communication skills and good time management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as cooperate within a team environment.
• Basic competency with handling invoice paperwork and signature collection procedures.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 18000 and 19500 Indian Rupees.
