About Premier Research and Role Overview
Premier Research invites applications for the position of Clinical Trial Associate within our Functional Services Provider (FSP) team. This role supports biotech, medical technology, and specialty pharmaceutical firms in turning groundbreaking ideas and cutting-edge science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Trial Execution team with study startup tasks for clinical trials.
- Organize logistics and planning for meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Lead communication efforts by distributing announcements and training materials related to clinical system updates and improvements.
- Co-lead and engage in project team meetings, document minutes, and maintain logs of actions and decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and conduct quality checks on tracking tools and database repositories containing operational data including key performance indicators and quality metrics.
- Support Clinical Inspection Readiness and Quality Management System operations such as managing deviations and CAPAs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related disciplines or equivalent education and experience.
- 0 to 2 years of practical experience in clinical trial administration, including roles such as in-house Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Associate (CTA), site administration, or project coordination is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to assist study teams and sponsors within clinical research.
- Effective communication skills to interact with sponsors, study teams, and vendors to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities; capable of working independently and managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a starting annual salary of $44,000 USD, subject to adjustment based on qualifications, skills, and competency. Premier Research provides a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid vacation.
