About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dishwashing machines, and storage areas.
• Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as required.
• Help put away orders, prepare basic food items, and participate in chicken cooking tasks upon request.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional experience to guests.

Minimum Requirements and Expectations

• Ability to follow instructions and function effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods.
• Commitment to providing quality service and understanding of food and beverage standards.
• Awareness and application of safety, sanitation, and food handling practices.
• Basic proficiency in English and professional communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to lift up to 15 pounds independently for extended durations.
• Endurance for standing, walking, and climbing stairs while transporting food items and dishes throughout shifts.
• Ability to stay on feet for 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead.
• Must be able to manage stairs in multi-level restaurants.
