Job Overview

As a Civil Site Engineer at Mason & Mortar Private Limited in Chennai, you will oversee the day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and plan daily site operations, maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Liaise effectively with contractors and subcontractors to guarantee seamless execution of project tasks.
• Ensure all work aligns with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) measures throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Prepare and verify contractor payments, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), measurement documents, and progress updates.
• Monitor project progress diligently to meet predetermined timelines and deadlines.
• Manage manpower, material resources, and site equipment to optimize productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment on site.
• Keep meticulous records including daily site reports, documentation, and project logs.
• Communicate regular updates and report any challenges or issues to senior management promptly.
