Chief Security Officer

Role Overview

As the Chief Security Officer at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd., you will be responsible for safeguarding the plant, its workforce, and assets through robust security strategies. You will establish and enforce comprehensive security policies, develop response protocols to address emergencies, and maintain strong collaboration with law enforcement to ensure a secure industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of security for the manufacturing plant, personnel, and property by deploying effective security systems and practices.
• Design and implement incident response strategies aimed at minimizing impact during security breaches or emergencies.
• Work in partnership with law enforcement agencies to investigate security incidents and enhance preventive measures.
• Conduct periodical security audits to identify risks and recommend necessary upgrades or changes to current security procedures.

Requirements

• Between 20 to 30 years of relevant experience in industrial security or allied fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial security standards and compliance regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing effective incident management plans.
• Experience collaborating with local police or enforcement bodies to conduct investigations.
