Catalog Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Catalog Specialist for the Last Mile Analytics & Quality team to work remotely within a Hyderabad-based group. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Demonstrate excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain high precision, paying attention to details and correctness.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Adapt to working in rotational shifts.
• Perform repetitive and manual audits, handle data corrections, exceptions, and various operational activities.

Additional Information

• Location: Hyderabad team with a work-from-home model.
• Experience: Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are preferred.
• Education: A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Shift Pattern: 24x7 rotational shifts, working 5 days per week with 2 consecutive weekly off days on rotation.
• Shift Allowance: Compensation provided for working shifts.
