About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Career Counselors or Academic Advisors specialized in the Healthcare domain to mentor MBBS doctors and allied healthcare graduates. The goal is to assist them in advancing their career opportunities and enrolling in relevant upskilling programs offered by Medvantage.

Work Details

This is a full-time corporate role operating on a day shift schedule from 11 AM to 7 PM, based in Noida - Sector 63 near the metro station.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals to identify career challenges and recommend suitable Medvantage upskilling courses.
• Effectively manage leads, conduct in-depth career mapping conversations, and meet monthly enrollment targets.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to students throughout their onboarding process to ensure quality educational experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from none up to 2 years in Academic Counseling, Healthcare Sales, Inside Sales, or Medical Corporate Advising.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or related allied medical qualifications such as BAMS or BHMS.
