Role Overview
As a Carbridge Bus Driver, you will be essential in facilitating airport operations by safely transporting airline crew and staff between key locations such as terminals, parking areas, training centers, and accommodations. Your priority will be ensuring punctual and dependable service with a strong focus on passenger safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transporting passengers efficiently between terminals, parking locations, and the direct factory outlet (DFO).
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers with questions, luggage handling, and boarding.
- Conducting routine bus maintenance checks, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any vehicle issues.
- Strictly following airport and company safety guidelines to protect passengers.
- Working cooperatively with team members to maintain smooth and punctual service operations.
- Helping passengers with general inquiries in airport terminals and car parks.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a Medium Rigid (MR) driver's license or higher.
- Possession of a Public Transport Drivers Authority (PTD) is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience driving buses is essential.
- Strong dedication to safety and delivering outstanding service consistently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Capability to drive both landside and airside, with airside training provided.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
