Role Overview

We are looking to expand our Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) team in Riyadh by hiring a consultant who will provide advisory and delivery services for capital projects and programs. This role involves working closely with commercial and procurement leaders to develop and implement solutions that optimize project delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior commercial and procurement personnel to design and execute capital project and program solutions.
• Assess and improve operating models, systems, processes, and workflows.
• Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to achieve measurable benefits.
• Manage data collection and analysis to support solution development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in for strategies and initiatives.
• Plan and deliver agreed strategies effectively, both in advisory and project delivery roles.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to creating leading methodologies, thought leadership, and intellectual property.
• Participate in recruitment efforts for junior consulting hires.

Candidate Profile

• Experience executing capital projects or programs, especially in commercial, procurement, or project controls capacities.
• Background in consulting with proven client engagement and relationship-building success.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Robust academic qualifications.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous.
