Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join as Call Centre BPO Executives focusing on promoting herbal and Ayurvedic healthcare products in the Delhi-NCR area. The role involves engaging with both existing and prospective customers to effectively communicate product benefits and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential and current clients to advocate for herbal and Ayurvedic health items.
Clearly articulate the features and health advantages of each product in a professional manner.
Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate product options accordingly.
Conduct follow-up communications with leads to convert inquiries into finalized sales.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions through CRM or Excel databases.
Consistently meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
Address customer questions and provide exceptional post-sale assistance.
