Role Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum height requirement: 158 cm, fulfilling safety standards.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance adhering to flydubai's grooming policies.
• No visible tattoos permitted while in uniform.
• Valid passport possession is mandatory.
• Good health sufficient to pass aero-medical exams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable in water when wearing a flotation device or life jacket.
• Readiness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about superior customer service.
• Respectful, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a multicultural team environment.
• Strong safety awareness with ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in international aviation is beneficial.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.

Training Bond

There is a training bond fee of approximately USD 2,650 (about AED 9,700) applicable for the first year.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary combined with housing and transportation allowance totals AED 8,275.
• Additional variable flying pay averaging AED 4,500 monthly, based on approximately 90 flying hours.

Information Security Requirements

Crew members must adhere to the company's ISR policies, report any security weaknesses or incidents to managers or the Information Security team, complete required ISR awareness training, and comply with security guidelines in daily operations.
