Role Overview
Join the largest airline group in Europe as Cabin Crew based at London Stansted Airport. You will become part of a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members operating out of more than 90 global bases, delivering exceptional customer experiences to more than 600,000 passengers daily on 3,600 flights.
Training and Career Development
Ryanair provides free, industry-leading training to equip you with all foundational skills required for safety and superior inflight service. Upon completion, you will receive your Cabin Crew Wings and be ready to fly. Work Environment and Schedule
The role is exciting yet demanding, emphasizing safety above all. Working hours can include early shifts beginning as early as 5 a.m. and late shifts that may end around midnight. Adaptability to varied working hours is essential.
Applicant Requirements
- Must have unconditional legal rights to live and work in the UK and to travel freely within the Ryanair network
- Height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2")
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided, including assisting another person
- Possess a hardworking, flexible nature with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Adaptability to a rotational shift roster
- Strong customer service focus with a positive, proactive attitude
- Proficiency in English, able to pass an English language assessment
- Enthusiasm for travel and meeting new people
Selection Process
Candidates must complete mandatory English proficiency and situational judgment tests; failure to complete these will result in disqualification from the selection process.
