Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers feel welcome and supported.
• Maintain high standards of safety and security on the aircraft at all times.
• Manage in-flight services effectively and respond promptly to passenger requests.
• Exercise leadership and control during routine operations and emergency situations.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Positive demeanor and ability to work collaboratively within culturally diverse teams.
• Minimum education of high school graduate (Grade 12).
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access safety equipment.
• No visible tattoos when wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform without cosmetic or bandage coverings.
• Willing and able to relocate to Dubai, satisfying UAE employment visa requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Hourly flight pay of AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 flying hours per month.
• Overseas meal allowance credited monthly for night stops.
• Estimated average monthly compensation approximately AED 11,244 (equivalent to USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Grade II (Economy Class) crew.

Additional Information
