Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis with on-site presence. This role involves leading and managing a network of advisers to drive business growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new advisers to expand the sales channel.
- Generate business opportunities through active engagement with advisers.
- Lead and supervise the adviser team effectively.
- Motivate advisers to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to enhance adviser performance.
Compensation
The salary package ranges between 22000 and 26000 INR per month, subject to interview outcomes, along with additional incentives.
Additional Information
The position is based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, with opportunities pan India. The employment is on-roll with the company Supro Info Solutions Private Limited.
