Role Overview
The organization seeks a tech-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring clients, delivering technical presentations, and proposing customized software solutions to enterprise and educational stakeholders. This position blends business development, EdTech innovation, AI technologies, technical solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present sales decks, product demonstrations, and commercial presentations effectively.
- Conduct discovery calls to comprehend client needs and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotes, and high-level scope of work (SOW) documents.
- Explain AI applications, API integrations, cloud solutions, and EdTech innovations in clear business terms.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to evaluate project feasibility and ensure seamless project handovers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and educational partners.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 6 years' experience in IT pre-sales, software agency business development, or technical sales.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI standards, AI tutoring systems, and assessment technologies.
- Understanding of generative AI, large language model (LLM) APIs, automation workflows, and web/mobile development processes.
- Excellent skills in communication, storytelling, and delivering presentations.
- Proficiency in tools such as Pitch, PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent presentation software.
- Capability to scope projects and price offerings realistically without overcommitting technical functionalities.
