Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be accountable for unearthing new business prospects, cultivating and managing client relations, and spearheading company growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive market research to detect potential clients and generate leads.
- Identify, assess, and qualify leads through networking, cold calls, and diverse marketing tactics.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders through effective communication and a thorough understanding of client requirements.
- Draft and present client proposals aligned with company services, coordinating with technical teams to match client needs.
- Negotiate terms including pricing and delivery schedules to successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure unified business development strategies.
- Deliver regular progress reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven capability in independently generating corporate/B2B leads.
- Established client network within Qatar.
- Experienced in cold calling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Innovative thinker with strong initiative and analytical skills for business problem resolution.
- Able to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
Qualification Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or hold certifications such as CFA or an MBA. Experience in research and business consulting is preferred.
