About the Role

We are looking for a commercially astute and industry-experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the fit-out and contracting sectors throughout Saudi Arabia. This managerial role is best suited to candidates who have already established a robust network and proven success in business development within contracting or fit-out companies.

Key Requirements

• Extensive expertise in the contracting or fit-out industry, including interiors, construction, or related built-environment fields
• Demonstrated managerial-level experience in business development
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence representing the organization to senior clients and stakeholders
• Preference given to Saudi nationals

Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new business prospects in the KSA fit-out and interiors market
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
• Design and implement business development strategies aligned with corporate growth goals
• Represent the company at various industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions
• Work collaboratively with technical and project teams to successfully convert leads into secured projects
