Role overview
This position is focused on acquiring clients, explaining research and investment-related services, and converting prospects into paying subscribers. The role also involves regular follow-up, CRM upkeep, and coordination with the research team to support onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective leads every day through outbound calls.
- Use persuasive selling methods to convert prospects and close subscriptions.
- Present the company’s trading and investment research offerings clearly to potential customers.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and earn performance incentives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable subscription plan.
- Keep CRM data updated and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
- Coordinate with the research team to complete client onboarding smoothly.
- Deliver a strong customer experience both before and after the sale.
Candidate profile
- Graduates from any discipline may apply; preference will be given to candidates with BBA, B.Com, or MBA backgrounds.
- Applicants with 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, banking, insurance, or international sales are suitable.
- Freshers with strong communication ability in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfort with target-driven work is important.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Additional information
Expected salary range: INR 2,50,000 to 4,25,000 per year.
