Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and generating new business leads through multiple channels such as cold calling, WhatsApp messaging, social media platforms, and direct outreach methods. You will reach out to hotels, resorts, hospitals, hostels, and other businesses in the hospitality sector to present our product and service offerings. You will need to understand the specific requirements of customers and recommend appropriate linen and textile solutions.

Your duties will also include preparing quotations for clients, managing follow-ups on leads, converting inquiries into confirmed orders, and maintaining ongoing communications with existing and potential customers to build strong relationships.

You will work closely with the Sales, Production, and Dispatch departments to ensure the smooth fulfillment of orders. Meeting monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, maintaining detailed records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales is essential. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales tactics is also expected. Occasional travel for client meetings and business development will be required.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills. A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and CRM software will support your efficiency. The role demands a sales-driven and target-focused mindset. Experience in hospitality, textile industries, or B2B sales will be advantageous. However, freshers with strong communication skills and a eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
