About the Role
Interaktv (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a driven Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. This position involves actively generating leads and engaging with prospective clients to present company products, aiding the sales team in converting these opportunities into revenue. It is well-suited for individuals interested in sales, business communication, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and professional networks to build a qualified leads list.
- Introduce company offerings including software, hardware, and touchscreen kiosks, assessing client needs to tailor product presentations.
- Arrange both online and in-person product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, maintaining professionalism throughout.
- Support sales follow-ups and assist in closing deals, ensuring sales data is accurately tracked using Excel or CRM platforms.
- Generate regular reports on outreach and lead progress to inform strategic sales activities.
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, working closely with internal teams for smooth operations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science/IT, or Commerce.
- Experience of 3 to 4 years in sales, marketing, or customer support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi and Kannada is advantageous.
- Fundamental understanding of sales processes and customer engagement best practices.
- Capability to quickly grasp technical aspects of software and hardware products.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and email correspondence.
- Self-driven, confident, and motivated to enhance sales expertise.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000.
