Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Associate to help expand our Crowdfunding platform by actively engaging with NGOs, nonprofits, social initiatives, and individual fundraisers. Your core duties will include onboarding new partners, guiding them in launching effective fundraising campaigns, and fostering enduring partnerships with donors and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact NGOs, nonprofits, and individual fundraisers through calls, emails, social media, and professional networks.
- Present the platform’s benefits to potential partners clearly and effectively.
- Assess the fundraising needs of partners and assist them throughout the onboarding journey.
- Help partners complete onboarding processes on the platform efficiently.
- Support the planning, initiation, and management of fundraising campaigns for the NGOs.
- Enhance campaign visibility and messaging to boost donor involvement.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with NGOs, corporate social responsibility teams, corporate collaborators, and donors.
- Serve as the main liaison for designated partners to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow donations and repeat contributions from donors.
- Provide ideas to improve campaign efficiency and fundraising results.
- Monitor campaign performance and report valuable insights to internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication abilities in English; proficiency in a regional language is preferable.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- A target-driven mindset with focus on meeting performance goals.
Preferred Experience
- 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, BPO, or customer support roles.
- Exposure to NGOs, fundraising, educational technology, fintech, or platform sales is advantageous.
- Motivated freshers with strong communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
