About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Associate to engage with Indian nurses and professionals interested in international caregiving careers, specifically opportunities in Germany and Japan. The role involves counseling candidates about overseas employment prospects, promoting German language training essential for such opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out and advise nurses on job prospects in Germany.
- Detail benefits such as career advancement, lifestyle improvements, and financial advantages.
- Market German language training courses aligned with overseas job requirements.
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain detailed records of leads and client conversions using CRM software.
- Meet monthly sales targets to drive business development.
- Work closely with operations and training departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade and counsel effectively.
- 0-3 years experience in sales, counseling, or business development; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Adept at multitasking and performing in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in building and managing client relationships.
- Driven by goals and passionate about counseling and sales.

Bachelor's Degree
