Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst at Liga Acadêmica de Direito Societário - LADS will contribute to both strategic and operational efforts by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data connected to academic projects, events, and organizational functions. This remote part-time position involves mapping workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions to boost efficiency and enhance stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
• Supporting business planning and budgeting processes.
• Collaborating with both academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Tracking key performance indicators to monitor progress and impact.
• Documenting requirements for new initiatives.
• Delivering clear, data-supported recommendations to organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in business planning, strategic initiatives, and process enhancement.
• Effective communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders, both written and oral.
• A customer-oriented approach to understand and meet the needs of students, faculty, and partners.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work setting, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Expertise or interest in productivity tools including spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience or enthusiasm for corporate law, academic organizations, or the non-profit sector is advantageous.
• Relevant educational background in fields such as Business, Economics, Law, or Management, either completed or ongoing.
