Role and Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of projects, leading cross-functional teams effectively.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and correlations using analytics tools.
• Create business intelligence dashboards in Databricks and Tableau.
• Design and implement A/B testing to evaluate business initiatives.
• Develop and execute data-driven user growth strategies collaborating across teams.
• Build predictive forecasting models to estimate user growth trajectories.
• Identify scalable growth opportunities and strategic levers.
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership.
• Apply fundamental principles for business problem-solving.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates with up to 2 years’ experience or postgraduates with up to 1 year experience in business analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking coupled with structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, metric-driven decision making, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Data teams.
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects that have measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in B2C user retention and engagement within rapidly growing startups or digital-focused organizations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with tools like CleverTap and Mixpanel is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI automation technologies is a plus.
