Business Analyst

Role Overview

This role offers a thrilling opportunity for a Business Analyst who possesses strong expertise in business analysis combined with UX skills. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, manage a backlog of potential use cases, and develop quick prototypes that facilitate solution design, validation, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and advance through a backlog of business use cases.
• Create rapid prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to aid in solution design and collect user input.
• Lead workshops and work alongside both business and technical teams to refine specifications.
• Produce clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and related documentation.
• Assist in validating solutions to confirm alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with project teams throughout delivery cycles within an Agile framework.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in technology, digital, or transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or mock-ups utilizing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar platforms.
• Ability to effectively bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical personnel.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience functioning within Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Mining, Maintenance, or Asset Management sectors.
• Exposure to rapid solution design, proof of concepts, or innovation-centric projects.
