  • Support the deployment of payroll technology solutions, guarantee data security, and keep updated with regulatory changes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possession of a recognised payroll qualification, such as IPASS or equivalent, demonstrating professional payroll expertise.
  • Extensive experience in managing complete payroll cycles (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) servicing diverse client portfolios.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating high-performing payroll teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong client relationship management and capability to confidently manage escalations.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving payroll legislation, technologies, and best practices with a commitment to continuous learning and process enhancement.

The hiring manager is a collaborative and supportive leader focused on fostering open communication and professional development. This role is flexible in location across Ireland, including offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, and Galway, with a hybrid work model combining office presence, remote working, and occasional client site visits.

Deloitte is an equal opportunity employer and commits to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment and selection process.
