Job Overview

Friend Jen & Co. is currently looking for talented individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team as Budtenders. Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred; alternatively, candidates with a solid background in hospitality, retail operations, or management are welcome to apply. Please be aware that applicants must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to every patient, as you will be their initial and final contact with our dispensary.
• Evaluate patient needs and provide education and guidance to help them choose suitable cannabis products.
• Maintain strict inventory control to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to dispensary operations.
• Assist with side tasks during downtime, including stocking and cleaning activities.
• Complete opening and closing checklists promptly and accurately.
• Inform management promptly about any inventory concerns such as low-stock products.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cannabis products, industry developments, and relevant subject matter.
