Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the company’s productivity application to drive improvements in employee efficiency by creating new functionalities tailored for sales teams across Bajaj Finance Limited.
• Act as the product owner collaborating with IT to ensure delivery of top-quality products aligned with the diverse requirements from the various business divisions.
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders including business units and technical teams to clarify business needs and technical constraints.
• Convert product strategies into precise functional specifications and author user stories for development purposes.
• Coordinate with IT teams to deliver application features within schedule.
• Work with multiple stakeholders throughout different verticals to encourage widespread usage and engagement with the Salesone app.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure high quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA holders will be preferred.
• Between 6 to 8 years of product management experience, particularly in technology or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with finance, fintech, non-banking financial companies (NBFC), lending, and B2C platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient presentation skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to extract actionable insights from data and remain adaptable under pressure.
• Highly motivated self-starter mentality.

Desirable Skills

• Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience in documenting functional requirements for IT development teams.
