Position Summary

Nirmal Bang Securities is keen to expand their team in the Delhi NCR region and is actively seeking motivated and seasoned professionals for various senior roles such as Vice President (VP), Assistant Vice President (AVP), Senior Manager (SM), and Relationship Manager (RM).

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations efficiently to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve set targets and business objectives
• Drive business growth by expanding client base and enhancing service quality
• Maintain and build strong client relationships with a focus on equity and commodity markets

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of stock market operations, client servicing, and sales strategies
• Previous experience in broking or financial services sectors is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing branch teams
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional with excellent client relationship management abilities
