Role Overview

The organization is looking to hire professionals for BMS operations in New Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Continuously track and run building management system operations.
• Work with HVAC, fire alarm, electrical, and security installations as part of day-to-day support.
• React to alarms promptly and keep accurate records and logs.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and energy monitoring activities.

Qualification

• Educational background may include BE, Diploma, or ITI.
• Work experience of 1 to 3 years in BMS and IBMS systems is required.

Skills

• Fundamental engineering understanding
• Local language fluency
• DDC panel wiring knowledge
• Ability to read GA drawings
• MS Office proficiency
• Clear communication skills

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Computer Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical disciplines can apply.
