Job Overview

We are seeking a Biology Subject Matter Expert to uphold superior standards in research and content creation related to Biology. The role involves designing well-balanced, high-quality, and age-appropriate educational materials including unit plans, teacher guides, and assessment papers aligned with various syllabus needs. This position includes leading a team of Subject Matter Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will play an active role in developing curricular content, assessments, and worksheets. They will provide educational guidance to Subject Matter Specialists and also contribute hands-on in content creation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a high school Biology teacher and as a content creator or similar role in education.
• Experience teaching Biology within any International Curriculum at the high school level.
• Proven ability to develop and conceptualize educational content, managing the content development process in coordination with Subject Matter Specialists.
• Responsibility for maintaining content quality standards and ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent communication abilities and a solid understanding of the sciences.
• Coordination with subject teachers and providing assistance to technical teams when required.
• Creativity and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in IT skills.

Preferred Skills

A demonstrated capacity to develop original, engaging, and suitable content for the target age group is highly preferred.
