Role Overview
This position is responsible for guiding the creation and rollout of the Digital Engineering Execution Plan (DEXP) across ACCIONA’s project portfolio. Reporting to the DE Lead, you will manage model production, coordination, checking, and validation so that data outputs align with stakeholder, project, and organisational expectations. The role is central to improving BIM quality, handling clashes, and advancing the organisation’s adoption of Digital Engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of DEXP in line with ISO 19650 and ACCIONA’s Digital Engineering framework.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of DEXP.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control to protect BIM model accuracy and data consistency.
- Coordinate clash detection activities, prepare reports, and drive resolution of issues.
- Promote adoption of Digital Engineering workflows, including training users where required.
- Support the delivery of 4D and 5D outputs for planning and project controls.
- Represent ACCIONA in industry discussions, forums, and technology-related engagements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Senior Digital Coordinator or BIM Lead role.
- Tertiary study in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Digital Engineering standards, especially ISO 19650.
- Advanced capability with common data environments such as Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise.
- Competence using Microsoft data tools, including Excel and Power BI.
