About the Role

M/s Radiant Energy Enterprises seeks a seasoned Billing Executive/Billing Engineer on a part-time or freelance basis to manage billing functions related to construction and electrical projects. The role demands expertise in MB Sheet preparation, RA Billing, Final Billing, and coordination at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Create Measurement Books (MB), Running Account (RA) Bills, and Final Bills accurately.
Verify on-site measurements and ensure quantities align with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Generate and organize bill abstracts and all necessary supporting paperwork.
Submit bills to clients and consultants and coordinate for their certification.
Follow up with the site and client offices to obtain bill approvals and facilitate timely payment releases.
Address and resolve any billing issues in collaboration with clients, consultants, and the project team.
Maintain detailed billing records and management information systems (MIS) using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.

Required Skills and Experience

Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and IF functions.
Prior experience in construction, electrical, or EPC billing environments.
Strong understanding of BOQ, site measurements, and billing documentation processes.
Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in preparing MB sheets, RA billing, and site billing coordination.

Work Conditions and Compensation

Part-time or freelance engagement with flexible working hours.
Site visits as necessary for project requirements.
Compensation is negotiable and may be structured as monthly part-time payment or on a per-bill basis.
