Within this environment, you will be a part of a diverse gastronomy team as an Assistant Cook (Beikoch), supporting chefs in daily operations across various culinary areas. These include street food, fast food, international dishes, and fine dining, ensuring guests receive excellent culinary service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the chefs in daily kitchen tasks
- Prepare menu components and perform necessary food preparations
- Work across multiple kitchen sections such as street food, fast food, international cuisine, and fine dining
- Maintain cleanliness and organized workflows in the kitchen
- Adhere strictly to HACCP guidelines
- Handle food and ingredients responsibly
- Support the distribution and presentation of high-quality dishes
Qualifications & Skills
- Ideally completed training as a specialist in the hospitality industry, cook, or experience as a kitchen assistant
- Valid health certificate and knowledge of hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Basic familiarity with European and international cuisine
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and English skills
- Reliability, motivation, service-mindedness, and a friendly demeanor
