Role Overview

The Bartender will craft beverages accurately and creatively, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring the bar remains clean and organized. This role demands comprehensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary drinks, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 2 years of bartending or beverage service experience, preferably in hotels or upscale venues
• Expertise in cocktail preparation, spirits, garnishes, and presentation techniques
• A passion for hospitality with a strong guest-service orientation
• Effective communication and multitasking capabilities
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros and inventory management procedures
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is advantageous
• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial
• Compliance with local laws concerning food handling and alcohol service, including meeting age requirements
• Strong organizational skills suitable for fast-paced environments
• Educational background preferably includes a diploma, high school diploma, or relevant certificate
• Hands-on experience using cash registers and order management systems
