Barista

About the Role

Kiosk Kaffee is dedicated to delivering the finest beverages in the city and is seeking a skilled barista who excels in coffee preparation. Ideal candidates will be proficient at pouring techniques and extracting quality espresso shots.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, blended coffee drinks, and tea, customizing orders according to customer preferences.
• Engage with customers by describing product features and details.
• Handle customer transactions and payments efficiently.
• Serve prepared food items such as sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, and cookies.
• Maintain stocked service stations with necessary items like paper products and beverage supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and work surfaces regularly to ensure hygiene standards.
• Keep seating and service areas clean and organized.
• Monitor and verify the proper functioning of refrigeration and heating units by routinely checking temperatures.
• Manage inventory by stocking supplies, ordering, or receiving products as instructed.
• Inform customers about new products and ongoing offers to enhance their experience.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
