Barista

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team, bringing excellent communication skills and comprehensive coffee knowledge to enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and effectively with customers, managing feedback and building positive relationships.
• Prepare coffee beverages using various brewing methods including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and manual techniques like V60, French Press, AeroPress, and Cold Brew.
• Promote menu items and pairings to encourage upselling and support sales growth.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating punctuality and reliability during busy times.
• Maintain professional grooming and uphold food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring clean workstations and equipment.
• Assist with stock monitoring, inventory counts, and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Take ownership of daily café operations, show initiative, and treat the café as one’s own business to uphold high standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, remain receptive to feedback, and continue advancing coffee knowledge.

Eligibility

Open to all candidates interested in customer service and coffee preparation roles.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary ranging between 18000 to 23000 INR.
