Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a range of pastries as per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all baking equipment and supplies.
• Manage safe handling, proper storage, and rotation of all baking ingredients respecting safety regulations.
• Work efficiently and calmly during peak production periods to ensure timely product availability.
• Confirm that all food items are presented and served according to established standards.
• Conduct routine and specific cleaning duties using assigned cleaning products to maintain hygiene in the workspace.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a food service environment is mandatory.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Prior experience at Tim Hortons is considered an advantage.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes and maintain attention to detail for quality assurance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for guest interaction and order management.
• Eligibility to obtain Transport Canada security clearance necessary due to airport security protocols.
