Job Overview
Aash Logistic Private Limited is seeking a Back Office Staff member to handle various data management and logistical support tasks. This position demands precise data entry into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high accuracy and organization in daily operations. Located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, the role offers a monthly salary range from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
Responsibilities
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Booking Goods Receipt (GR) and preparing Vehicle Challans.
- Coordinating truck arrivals and preparing delivery challans.
- Managing GR delivery via mobile applications and performing Proof of Delivery (POD) scans stamped accordingly.
- Recording daily expenses and preparing E-Way Bills.
- Verifying and extending E-Way Bills as needed.
- Overseeing loading, unloading, and material delivery processes.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
