Back Office Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates for a full-time Back Office Executive position based in Jaipur. This role offers comprehensive training in e-commerce operations, enabling you to gain hands-on experience with our fashion jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Handle inventory management and allocation tasks.
• Create draft orders and process customer orders efficiently.
• Manage invoices and payment processing including payment gateways.
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and video calls.
• Show jewellery products on video calls and assist customers in placing orders.
• Oversee shipping, fulfillment, and order/shipment tracking processes.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and shipping logistics.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers with no prior experience.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.
• Basic computer literacy and internet usage skills.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via multiple channels.
• Quick learner, responsible, and well-organized.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and online business operations.

Training and Learning Opportunities

Complete practical training will be provided covering all key aspects of e-commerce business including listing, customer interaction, order fulfillment, payments, inventory, invoicing, shipping, and delivery processes. No previous Shopify or e-commerce experience is needed.
