Job Overview
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking a Back Office Executive based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role involves managing recruitment activities, vendor relationships, and billing processes to support the organization's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including hiring candidates across various levels.
- Ensure that hiring aligns with the business requirements and organizational goals.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for office-related services.
- Handle billing administration for multiple services such as telephone, internet, and food and beverages.
Eligibility

Compensation
