Automation Test Engineer

About the role

Join a collaborative software delivery team as an Automation Test Engineer, where your work will help improve product quality, stability, and user experience. In this position, you will contribute to building reliable test coverage, strengthening QA practices, and supporting teams that deliver high-performing digital solutions.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and run automated test cases with Selenium to validate software functionality and quality.
• Partner with development teams to understand testing needs and prepare clear, complete test plans.
• Review test outcomes, raise defects, and coordinate with developers until issues are resolved.
• Improve test automation frameworks and QA processes to make testing faster and more effective.
• Take part in code reviews and share feedback that supports testability and quality expectations.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor's degree in BTech, BCA, BE, or BSc.
• Hands-on experience in QA automation, especially with Selenium.
• Strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
• Good problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Preferred exposure to Java-based Selenium scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, process improvement, and performance or load testing.
