Role Overview
The position of Associate Sales Manager involves leading a team of advisors by recruiting, training, and motivating them effectively. The manager will guide the team in marketing and selling company products, ensuring strong sales performance through effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting a skilled team of sales advisors.
- Providing training and ongoing motivation to team members.
- Directing and supporting the team in product sales activities.
- Driving overall sales results through the advisor network.
- Handling day-to-day team management and leadership duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold any graduate degree and have good communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Local candidates only.
- Age requirement between 22 and 42 years.
- Fresher candidates are not eligible to apply.
- Moto vehicle ownership (2-wheeler) is mandatory.
