Associate – Last Mile Delivery and Sales

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Chirala involves overseeing last mile delivery operations. The incumbent will manage shipment dispatch coordination, monitor delivery progress, address delivery-related issues, and ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment dispatches and track delivery statuses.
• Resolve delivery challenges to maintain service quality and timeliness.
• Engage with customers and business partners locally to promote services offered by Safexpress.
• Support sales efforts and identify potential business expansion opportunities in the locality.
• Maintain detailed records of delivery and sales activities daily.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and transportation teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
• Communicate status updates and relevant information clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in improving delivery operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in logistics operations including delivery coordination, route planning, and basic inventory management.
• Experience or aptitude in customer service and sales, with skills to build client relationships and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, customers, and internal teams.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Chirala, managing fieldwork in a dynamic operational environment.
