Associate Director Corporate Finance

Elevate Partners is collaborating with a prominent mid-market M&A firm to recruit an Associate Director for its expanding Corporate Finance division in Dublin. This role offers a fantastic chance for a seasoned transaction expert to gain extensive experience in both M&A execution and transaction advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transaction execution for a variety of corporate finance engagements
• Maintain and develop client relationships throughout all phases of the deal process
• Draft and assess financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
• Organize due diligence efforts and coordinate with external advisors
• Assist with negotiations, transaction structuring, and finalizing deals
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Participate in business development, networking, and deal origination activities
• Deliver superior advisory services across diverse transaction types

Candidate Requirements

• 6 to over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Big 4 Advisory, or a leading M&A boutique
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical processes
• Proven track record in supporting and completing M&A transactions
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities
• Business-oriented mindset with solid commercial judgment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and capacity to thrive in a dynamic advisory setting
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalents are preferred
