Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant to support the General Manager of the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Saudi Arabia. This position demands a detail-oriented, personable individual capable of managing multiple priorities while operating discreetly within a high-profile, VIP environment. The successful candidate will facilitate administrative duties including managing complex schedules, booking meetings and travel, and supporting projects that contribute to the success of the RHQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and adjust presentations, proposals, and pitch decks as instructed.
- Attend meetings to take notes and distribute minutes as required.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and oversee projects when delegated.
- Manage complex calendars across various time zones and adapt to schedule changes promptly.
- Organize meeting and conference calls, ensuring timely reminders and preparation material.
- Provide clear travel options, arrange all travel logistics, and manage expense reports.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal teams, clients, business guests, and brand executives.
- Occasionally assist regional department heads as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards with experience maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience and confidence working in VIP and high-profile contexts.
