Role Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive store atmosphere that resonates warmth and friendliness. You'll be deeply involved in retail operations to maintain the store's excellence and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Acting as a key leader, you'll motivate and guide your team to achieve success while closely supporting the Store Manager in daily activities and strategic efforts.

Work Schedule

This position requires working from Tuesday through Saturday, fulfilling a total of 45 hours weekly to adequately serve customers’ needs.
